We called on Colonial Roofing when we noticed a water stain on the ceiling of our family room on a Sunday.  Steve and Curtis responded quickly, arriving on Monday.  They pointed out additional water stains that we had not noticed.  Our roof was 23 years old, and the shingles had a 25-year life when installed.  They quickly provided a no pressure, very reasonable quote to replace the roof.  The work was completed within a few days by a very friendly, efficient, and hard-working crew.  They did gutters guards too! The cleanup was flawless, and the roof looks spectacular!  Great sales experience, tremendous product, and expert installation, what more could you ask for!  Highly recommended!!
